參訓對象：本院所有實驗室新進人員
報名截止日期：2026年6月23日(星期二)中午12:00前。

為響應環保，現場不提供紙本講義。

受訓者應於各課程開始20分鐘內完成簽到，於0830、1330共進行2次簽到。若未簽到、超過簽到時間及提前離場者視同未參訓，並不得補簽。

受訓者應於課程結束後參加測驗，測驗通過者才核予學習時數。本次採線上測驗，現場將提供wifi，請自行備妥具上網功能之智慧型手機/筆電/平板(充電器)等裝置應考。學習時數將於兩星期內交由各所／中心實驗室安全衛生承辦人轉交，請妥善保管，遺失者不予補發。

Note：Meals (lunch) are not provided at this training course.

2.) All the participants are required to sign in 2 times within the time limit (20 minutes) for each lecture: 0830 & 1330.

3.) All the participants should pass the exam to get the certification. Please prepare a smart phone/ laptop/ ipad (and your charger) to take the exam. Wifi will be available there.
